Real boutique hotel, great lobby design, special brew coffee during check-in, surprised bathtub in the room, reserved parking lot, easy access for food hunting.

The room amenities were impressive, with a smart shower design and a range of TV channels available. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole stay a breeze. Plus, the location was great for exploring the local area and trying out different restaurants in the area.
The room itself was quite small and cramped. This made it difficult to maneuver around comfortably, especially if you have larger luggage.

The hotel was strategically located near a mall in Taman Segar with easy access to food options. the room was compact but comfortable with a plush bed and air conditioning. the staff was welcoming and helpful, offering umbrellas during rainy weather.
The lack of window in the room made it feel stuffy and claustrophobic.

We had a great experience at this boutique hotel. The modern interior design and comfortable beds were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also loved the location of the hotel, which was just a 5-minute walk from the MRT station, giving us easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a wonderful rain shower and power shower, and an elevator.
It was all superb.

The hotel's design and ambiance were impressive, making for an overall enjoyable stay. I also appreciated the free coffee that was available 24/7 and the dedication of wifi for each room, which made it easy for me to stay connected. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was a bit challenging when it came to finding parking spots during peak hours. It might be best to use ride-sharing services when visiting places nearby.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at a charming boutique hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making sure all of my needs were met. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. I particularly loved the luxurious bath tub in the room, which was exactly as pictured. The hotel's location in a vibrant local neighborhood meant there were plenty of great dining options within walking distance.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect.
